Peder Losnegård (born October 26, 1992, in Tysvær, near Haugesund, Norway), known by the stage name Lido, pronounced lee-doh, (earlier LidoLido) is a Norwegian hip hop artist, rapper, producer and songwriter. == Career == Losnegård started writing songs and playing the piano. Listening to hip hop music, he developed a melodic "good-guy hip hop" where his musicality and wide background of genres was reflected. Abandoning previous musical incarnations, Lido emerged as one of the pre-eminent producers of 2014 & 2015, producing the debut album for Halsey and headlining two sold out US tours. He has performed versions of his original songs and remixes with KORK - the Norwegian Radio Orchestra - and as a remixer he has received high praise for his work with Alt J, Bastille (band), Banks (singer), The Weeknd, Disclosure (band) and Bill Withers.
